Castrol EDGE Rankings for Haymarket and Castrol

Working with global media company Haymarket we undertook a strategic review and developed a series of marketing recommendations for Castrol EDGE Rankings, a brand Haymarket manages on behalf of Castrol.

The project consisted of two stages:

  1. Identify: gathering key insights from search, social media, web metrics and from interviewing the team at Haymarket.
  2. Create: making recommendations covering content, search, social media and email marketing.

The project, together with a lot of hard work from the Haymarket team in launching an additional content proposition – the Grand Prix Predictor – and implementing the recommendations, has more than doubled unique visits and visitor engagement levels since the start of this year’s F1 season.
