We partner with people from a broad range of fields, including: branding, marketing, advertising and PR, music and TV production, journalism and consumer publishing, digital and social media. Meet some of them below.
Hayley: a PR consultant, formerly head of communications at Superdrug, with experience of working with brands as diverse as Cosmopolitan, BHS and Coca-Cola.
Andrew: a digital strategy planner with expertise in open innovation, and of green brands and campaigns including Green Thing and Act On CO2.
Russell: a lover of great user experience and skilled front-end developer.
Dr Niki: starting out in television production, with credits including the South Bank Show, Niki moved into digital media business development in the late ’90s. Now a strategist and founder of Strange Digital, Niki is also a research fellow at the University of Sussex specialising in cross-media platforms and trends.
Stuart: a creative director and writer. Formerly a journalist and online editor for the Sunday Mirror and Men’s Health.
Aaron: an award winning art director and digital creative who has worked for brands as diverse as Burger King and the Easy Group.
Toby: simply the best Flash and HTML 5 guy we know.
Kelvin: an experienced music industry marketer, and a talented DJ and producer. Co-founder of Public Records; a label based on crowdsourcing principles.
Dr Tom: a qualified doctor, academic and creative facilitator par excellence. Former director of InQbate, the centre of excellence in teaching and learning in creativity at the University of Sussex.
John: a brilliant back-end developer with an unusually broad range of expertise across programming languages and technologies including: .NET, Java, Coldfusion and PHP; MS-SQL, MySQL and Oracle; Windows, Linux and BSD.
Mart: a user experience designer with 11 years experience of working with inspiring brands including the Ministry of Sound, Nintendo, Guinness and Vodafone.
Emily: a board-level consultant with fifteen years experience in the media, digital and technology sectors. Emily has several impressive areas of expertise, which include: developing global market strategies, enterprise project-management, and a growing interest in ‘conscious’ business.
Structure
ralphs mcintosh + partners is not a traditional hierarchical business; all our collaborators are self-employed. We form agile teams to deliver a wide variety of digital and social media strategy, creative and build projects.
